Mandisa – Humiliated on national televsion by Simon Cowell, I feel just “made her stronger.”

Mandisa was already a singer but she decided to try American Idol. American Idol did not like her sing Christian music. Simon Cowell rejected her for the type of music and also made a comment about her weight. She was told by the producers of American Idol told her “to go back out and give Simon the whatever…they would even bleep out any words that were not TV-friendly.” She shoked everyone by going out and telling Simon she forgave him.
The song Mandisa sings about going through things just makes you stonger is a wonderful song of worship. It tells us how God is there even when we don’t see him. We may feel we are drowing in our problems but when it is over we can look back and see just what God brought us through. The next time we may go through something we can look back where we have come.
